Visiting with my children is a real vacation treat for me because I rarely get to see them. The weather is appealing and they live in the country! A huge plus for me.

Pittsburgh, PA! We live in Napa, CA but my husband is an insane Steelers fan. So once a year, we save our pennies, and buy tickets to a game. We stay at a swanky hotel, buy club seats (heated bathrooms ladies!) and have our special retreat time ALONE! Of course I look fab with all my Beautyfix items.

Steamboat Springs in Colorado. I run marathons with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and they always put us up in nice hotels. When I was with my team in Steamboat Springs this past June, I just wished I could *live* in Steamboat Springs. It was quirky and trendy and outdoorsy and sophisticated all at the same time! I could go back there any time!

My favorite place to visit is my hometown. Spending time with my family & friends who are nearest & dearest to my heart. There’s nothing like it!

Tho if I really had my choice – Italy is my ultimate favorite destination. Being of Italian heritage, I always feel a little empty, like I’ve left a piece of myself there, when it’s time to come home.

Vacationing is a state of mind sometimes…I enjoy spending weekends with my famil on Puget Sound during the summer. We are lucky to do it every weekend, so eventhough it is not far from home it feels like we vacation every weekend.
